Our philosophy at CasterFrame, P.C., is simple:

Our vision is to have close, personal, long-term relationships with our clients, putting client service and satisfaction above all else. CasterFrame, P.C., not only wants to be our clients' CPA but also considered an important part of their businesses and lives as well.

Our fees are based on several factors including the complexity of the engagement, the skill and the experience of the personnel required to provide the service, the degree of responsibility assumed, and the amount of time incurred on the project. More important than the previous factors, however, is the value that the client has received from our service. If any client is not satisfied with the services received or feels that the value of the service is less than the amount billed, an appropriate adjustment will always be made to reach client satisfaction.

The most important item provided by a CPA firm is the trust and confidence that clients have in their firm's abilities and recommendations. We are proud to say that we have our clients' trust and confidence! While we are not one of the larger CPA firms in Des Moines, we are confident that we not only meet but exceed our clients' needs and expectations.
